All games and equipments are povided with certain time limit depending upon its availibility. First come first serve is applicable.

If you are bringing your own sports equipment's to play within the premises, please get the venue registered. If you directly go to the play area and some other guest/group arrives comes and gets their time registered then management will have to stop you in between.

Rights of admission are reserved if the number of guests exceeds then that of your booking.

Upon your registration at the front desk, a colour band will be wrapped on your wrist which all the guests will have to wear as long as you are in the premises. Failing which additional charges as per the package will have to be paid by the guest.

NO WRIST BAND NO SERVICES.

We do not promote smoking. still to avoid kids watching you smoke, we have a dedicated smnoking zone backside of the restaurant. 

To prevent any accidents, guests will be not allowed in rooms and indoor gaming areas  in wet clothes.

In case of rain, outdoor activities will be restricted.

Kindly collect your invoice from RECEPTION at check out time.

One booker ID proof required in case of day outing booking.

Air Hockey & Cycling are chargeable and with duration.

Locker/Towel are chargeable and with refundable deposit.

Please keep your valuables under your observation. Lockers are meant to keep your clothes only. Management  does not hold any responsibility for any theft/loss due to any incident related to items/belongings kept in the locker. 

Size of the locker is 1 feet width x 1 feet depth x 1 feet height.

Swimming costume will be compulsory for using the swimming pool, water slides, rain dance. Guests can bring their own swimming costumes(Nylon/Lycra material). It is available at club counter @Rs.200/- Per pc.(Rs 50 rent per pc. & Rs.150/-refundable security deposit)

For your comfort kindly show your receipt at entry gate of the resort to get access to the resort.

Verbal commitment from any side will not be considered. Any special requests, if any, only written communication will be considered as valid.

Professional photo shoot will be chargeable.

Customers can use the amenities, depending on its availability.

Registration of name and contact number will be compulsory for the usage of any sports equipment available in the club.

Please follow the schedule for breakfast/Lunch/Evening Tea & coffee/dinner. If in any circumstances, guest misses the schedule it will be not served again unless & until it is informed to management in a documented format with two way communication.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in any area of “100 ACRES”

Camera Declaration : I on behalf of my group declare that I/We will not use camera for any commercial or professional shooting in 100 Acres .If found I/We are liable for penalty of Rs.10,000/- and deleting all photographs from camera.

Management shall not be responsible for any damage/injury caused to the customer due to unawareness/carelessness of the customer regarding use of any/all amenities at “100 ACRES”. 

Management will not accept any responsibility for any loss of damage of any guest belongings left unattended by you in the premises.  

Under any unforeseen circumstances like natural calamity, power cut or other circumstances, the management has the right to change/cancel the schedule of any/all the amenities, stay package, food menu or any other services.
